A automotive component manufacturer expressed a need to increase cleaning performance on buffed and hard turned machined surfaces without adding additional alklinity to the cleaning chemistry.

Solution

MetaLube formulated a heavy-duty spray cleaner with exceptional loading properties to maximize cleaning performance throughout the life of the bath.  MetalKleen 212 HD contains a unique blend of detergents and dispersant’s that function to attack and disperse oil, grease, and other insoluble soils found in this process.  This customer has significantly improved part cleanliness and can maintain excellent performance throughout the bath life while operating under an extremely aggressive production schedule.
